Application Checklist
To qualify, the Applicant must provide the following:
1. Current photo identification.
2. Verifiable source of income (pay stub or other).
3. Employment Reference
4. References from Current and Past Landlords
5. Photo of any and all pets
6. Current credit report
Separate applications must be filled for each person over the age of 18.
Tip: Can you afford it?
We suggest applying for a unit that corresponds to 30% of your household income.
*At landlord’s discretion, compensating factors such as a co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet any one of the above requirements. In the event of multiple applicants, tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria.
